Refunds & Cancellations

All products at Honest Prints are made to order. This allows us to minimise waste and operate in a more environmentally conscious way. As a result, we do not offer refunds once an order has entered production.

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, production will have begun and we’re unable to offer refunds.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

As each piece is made to order, we do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to take the time to ensure your selection is right for your space before placing an order.
